People often wonder what their annual dues ($150 annually) pay for. The following is a list of some of those things:

Park Port-a-Potty maintenance

Additional sand for beach maintenance

Additional stone for gravel drive maintenance

Sign upkeep at the park and beach areas

Landscaping services at park & beach areas and pump house

Pier maintenance and repair

Park building maintenance and repair
