Electricity

Natural Gas

Water
Water service is provided by our own well and pump house located on South Ct in the neighborhood. The board is dedicated to the continued maintenance and service of the water pumping, storage, treatment, and distribution infrastructure system.
Water bills are sent out once every two (2) months. The water bill is calculated by adding the usage ($1.57 per 1,000 gallons) plus $50.00-per-month maintenance fee. Water usage is rounded to the nearest 1,000 gallons on the water bill.

Trash & Recycling Collection
Trash & recycling service is provided by GROOT Inc. Houses with an "Ingleside" address have a Wednesday morning pickup schedule. Houses with a "Fox Lake" address have a Thursday morning pickup. GROOT askes bins be placed at the end of your driveway the night before, at least 3 feet apart. To connect with Groot clink on the following link: www.groot.com/locations/groot-north
Grass Clippings & Yard Waste (seasonal)
Grass Clippings & yard waste pickup is provided by GROOT Inc. The dates of service extend from April 1st - November 30th. Houses with an "Ingleside" address have a Wednesday morning pickup schedule. Houses with a "Fox Lake" address have a Thursday morning pickup.
Groot asks yard waste be placed in 42 gallon trash cans or brown paper yard waste bags. Each container or bag should not exceed 50 pounds. Stickers need to be purchased for "GROOT, LAKE COUNTY" and affixed to each individual container or bag. Stickers can be purchased at the Jewel in Antioch. Stickers purchased at the Fox Lake Jewel grocery store will not be accepted (they are for the town of VOLO only).To connect with Groot click on the following link: www.groot.com/locations/groot-north
Brush Removal (seasonal)
Grant township offers a (free) brush collection service. The months of operation are May through October. Typically Hilldale Manor receives service Friday mornings.
